Absolutely awful service. My mother's flowers were physically taken off her and she was accused of 'scamming' the florist, all because of incompetence on your end. Her Mother's Day was ruined for no reason, especially when there were several more professional avenues to take to rectify your mistake.
Absolute worst experience for myself and my family. A mis communication of taking down my wrong phone number lead to her thinking I didn't pay for my already delivered flowers to my mother which then she went back to my family home and ordered the flowers back and snatched them back. Would never use ever again, this is not how you run a business what a disgrace.
